How do I place an order?

The procedure to buy on Campus Watches is very simple and fast:

  • Find the products that interest you by accessing the different tabs of the menu or by using the search bar. 
  • Click on “Add to Cart” to integrate the product to your order. 
  • Once you have added to your cart all the items you want to buy, click on “proceed to checkout“. 
  • Enter your shipping information and select the payment method you prefer: credit card or PayPal. 

Before paying, please check the selected items, delivery time and shipping charges.

What are the payment methods available?

You can pay securely using your Credit card, Stripe, Apple Pay or Paypal account.
We also accept all major credit cards at our store.
To pay through Paypal, Stripe or Apple Pay you need to have an account with the method you want to use. This can be done in less than 5 minutes and you can use them to order on our website.
All of the payment methods are completely secure using the best encryption technology on our Shopify Power site and industry-leading Payment Processors.

Is it safe to put my payment details on your website?

We take your security online very seriously. Our site uses industry-leading SSL encryption technology, the most advanced security software currently available for online transactions.
You can identify if a web page is secure as ’https’ will replace ’http’ at the beginning of the domain in your browser address window. A small locked padlock will also appear either in the top or bottom bar of your browser window (depending which browser you are using).

Where is my order?

This is our most common question. Our process is designed to keep you updated on your order. This is how it works:

  • Most orders take between 2 to 4 Weeks to arrive. 
  • You will get regular email updates on the status of your order. 
  • About 3-7 days after placing your order you will get an email with your tracking number. After this, you will get regular emails with the shipping status of your order. 
  • Please ensure that you check the email account that you used to place your order. 

You can also check "Track My Order" link in the Footer "QUICK LINKS" Menu to find out the delivery status of your order at any time.

What is my tracking number?
Tracking numbers will be sent to the email used for your order within 3-7 days of placing your order. The tracking number is used to track the status of your order please look for the email with your tracking number. Check your spam folder to make sure you have it.

Why are some of my Items missing?
We send items from multiple warehouses, this speeds things up but it means that you may get multiple packages.
So do not be worried, if some of your orders are “missing items”. These items will come in different packages with different tracking numbers within the estimated shipping time.

How can I cancel my order?
If for some reason you need to cancel your order you have 24 hours to do so. Contact us immediately if you would like to cancel. After 24 hours has passed, we will not be able to cancel your order since it would have been shipped.
The refund for a canceled order will take 2-5 working days depending on your payment method. Please review our Refund Policy.

What if my item arrived damaged?
Over 99% of items are delivered safely to our happy customers. However, one or two occasionally get damaged due to delivery companies not handling our parcels well. If your item has arrived damaged, we apologize for the inconvenience in advance. If this happens, please contact us immediately by email at and we will resolve the situation as quickly as possible. Please ensure you include:
1) Your order number (which starts with CW)
2) A picture of your damaged item
Once we have this information, we will be able to send out a replacement, completely free of charge.
